Prompt and helpful customer service. The ring shipped quickly and was just as hoped. Excellent craftsmanship. Compared it with another titanium ring bought online from another retailer (exact same specifications) - both were quite nice, but this one was just better. I've worn it for about a week now, and it has developed a few small scratches (as expected). I'm interested to see how the ring holds up over time.

After looking for the most simple ring for my fiance in the stores, I decided to look online. He wanted flat and brushed, which no store carried. I'm so glad I looked online and found this! I was able to get the stone finish, and it is perfect, a bit different than a normal brush, and he loved it too. Such a good deal, and the engraving was great too!
